With 30 years of experience in the bookkeeping industry, Nelda serves as the CEO and President of NL Bookkeeping & Business Solutions Inc., overseeing all aspects of the business and serving as the pillar of the company. A highly skilled bookkeeper, she ensures every client receives the highest quality service, accurate financial management, and reliable reporting. 

Our Operations Manager and Senior Bookkeeper, Stacie is a certified QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor with over 25 years of bookkeeping experience. She helps businesses organize their financial records, streamline processes, and gain valuable insights to support growth all while building long-term relationships with our clients through open communication and transparent reporting.  

A graduate of Texas State and one of our Lead Bookkeepers, Katrina has worked alongside NL Bookkeeping & Business Solutions 

Inc. for 10 years. With her knowledge and attention to detail, she works closely with several of our clients to build a long-lasting partnership and ensure top quality bookkeeping.

A graduate of UT San Antonio with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Kimberly serves as our Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant, managing administrative tasks, client outreach, and assisting with maintaining accurate books. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she is committed to better serving our Latino community. 

Our Assistant Bookkeeper, Nicole, brings a strong background in management and excels at balancing multiple responsibilities with precision and professionalism. She is skilled in financial oversight, accurate posting, and maintaining well-organized books to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all accounting tasks. 

A dedicated Bookkeeper with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Tyler, Karen has hands-on experience across various industries, ensuring accurate and compliant books. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she is committed to serving our Latino community and helping businesses stay financially healthy through reliable, transparent reporting.
